In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 6, 2021 No. UP-6199 "About Measures for Further Enhancement of System of Public Administration in the field of Tourism, Sport and Cultural Heritage" and resolutions of April 6, 2021 No. PP-5054 "About the organization of activities of the Ministry of tourism and sport" the DECIDES: Cabinet of Ministers
1. Approve the following provisions directed to regulation of activities of the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
The regulations on the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Uzbekistan determining the status, the main objectives and functions, the rights and responsibility of the Ministry of tourism and sport, procedure for the organization of its activities, and also the main functional objectives and responsibility of its management according to appendix No. 1;
The regulations on off-budget fund of support of tourism and sport under the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Uzbekistan providing sources of forming of means of off-budget fund of support of tourism and sport, the direction of use of its means, procedure for the reporting and control of use of means of this fund according to appendix No. 2;
The regulations on procedure for collection of tourist (hotel) collection in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan providing procedure for collection of tourist (hotel) collection from local and foreign citizens and the differentiated amount of tourist (hotel) collection according to appendix No. 3.
2. Determine that:
the chief of Service of komplayens-control and internal audit of the Ministry under the terms of compensation is equated to the head of department of the Ministry;
