About approval of Methodology of calculation and use of prices of oil products

Based on part (5) article 6 of the Law on the market of oil products No. 461/2001 (Art. No. 40-49, 82), with subsequent changes is repeatedly published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:

1. Approve Methodology of calculation and use of prices of oil products it (is applied).

2. Recognize invalid the Methodology of calculation and use of prices of oil products approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 254 of June 16, 2021. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, No. 158, Art. 725).

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

4. To national regulation agency in power, in 3-month time from the date of entry into force of this resolution to execute all necessary measures for functioning of the electronic platform provided in item 15 of Methodology.
