For the purpose of enhancement of coordination of actions of forces and means of the state bodies and other organizations providing emergency rule in case of its introduction I decide:

1. Approve Regulations on governing bodies in case of introduction of emergency state it (is applied).

2. Declare invalid the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 7, 2014 No. 402 "About measures for providing emergency rule".

3. In three-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.

4. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.

Regulations on governing bodies in case of introduction of emergency state

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Provision determines procedure for the organization of functioning of governing bodies in case of introduction in all territory of the Republic of Belarus or in its certain areas of emergency state.

In this Provision are understood as governing bodies:

The commission on emergency situations under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus (further if other is not determined, - the Commission);

situational headquarters of management of liquidation of emergency situations of republican level;

republican joint operational staff;

commandant's office of the territory (area (Minsk), the area) (further if other is not determined, - commandant's office).
