Accept the offer of KEGOC Kazakhstan Electricity Grid Operating Company joint-stock company on transfer to republican property of 100 (hundred) percent of share in the authorized capital of "Settlement Financial Center on Support of Renewable Energy Resources" limited liability partnership (further - partnership) according to the gift agreement.

2. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to perform the necessary actions following from Item 1 of this resolution;

2) to provide assignment of rights of ownership and use of the state share in the authorized capital of partnership to the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
