About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2015 No. 27

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2015 No. 27 "About approval of Rules of finding of citizens and placements of objects in zones of the increased danger, accomplishment in these zones of works, journey and transition through railway tracks" the following changes:

1.1. state the name in the following edition:

"About finding of citizens and placement of objects in zones of the increased danger";

1.2. in preamble:

shall be replaced with words words of "1999" "1999 No. 237-Z";

exclude the words "in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2014" and "Questions of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus";

1.3. in Item 1:

exclude the word "enclosed";

add Item with the word "(are applied)";

1.4. Rules of finding of citizens and placement of objects in zones of the increased danger, accomplishment through the railway tracks approved by this resolution to be reworded as follows these zones of works, journey and transition (are applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
