Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules are established:

standards of behavior of citizens in case of stay on railway tracks or in close proximity to railway tracks on stages, railway stations, traveling, stopping points, passenger platforms, and also on other objects of the organizations of rail transport public intended for movement of vehicles of rail transport (further - zones of the increased danger);

procedure for crossing (journey, transition) by citizens of railway tracks public;

procedure for placement of objects, including information signs of safety, and performance of works in zones of the increased danger, including pasture of farm animals near railway tracks and run of farm animals through railway tracks.
