About modification of the Procedure for provision and determination of the extent of the monetary assistance to victims of emergency situations and the size of monetary compensation by the victim which apartment houses (apartments) are destroyed as a result of emergency situation of the military nature caused by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Procedure for provision and determination of the extent of the monetary assistance to victims of emergency situations and the size of monetary compensation by the victim which apartment houses (apartments) are destroyed as a result of emergency situation of the military nature caused by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation, No. 947 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 18, 2013 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 3, by Art. 66; 2020, No. 73, the Art. 2304), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except item 4 of the changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective in three months from the date of publication of this resolution.

1. To add Item 2 after the words "owing to emergency situation" with words ", or works on liquidation of its effects".
