About modification and amendments in some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. Make changes and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.

to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 20, 2021 No. UP-36
1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 5, 2017 No. UP-5273 "About creation of the free tourist zone "Charvak":
a) in the name, in Items 1, of 2, of 5, the paragraph third Item 9, Items 10, shall be replaced with words the 11 and 15 words "free tourist" in the corresponding case "tourist and recreational" in the corresponding case;
b) in Item 3:
paragraphs two and third to state in the following edition:
"the tourist and recreational zone is one of kinds of special economic zone;
provisions of the legislation on special economic zones, including all privileges and preferences provided for special economic zones and their participants extend to the tourist and recreational zone and subjects of entrepreneurship registered as participants of tourist and recreational zone";

c) the paragraph one of item 4 to state in the following edition:
"Assign to administrative board of special economic zones and small industrial zones of the Tashkent region (further - administrative board) functions on administration of tourist and recreational zone".
2. In paragraphs the second and fifth Item 5 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 12, 2018 "About measures for creation of the free economic zone "Sirdaryo" the word "free" to replace No. UP-5412 with the word of "special".
3. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 21, 2018 No. UP-5600 "About Measures for Further Enhancement of System of Coordination and Management of Activities of Free Economic Zones":
a) Item 5 in paragraph three "free" to replace the word with the word of "special";
b) to state the text of appendix No. 2 in the following edition:

4. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 15, 2019 No. UP-5719 "About Measures for Determination of the Navoiy Region by the Free Economic Zone for Innovative, High, Export-oriented and Import-substituting Technology Productions":
in Item 3 of the word to "Administrative board of free economic and small industrial zones in the Navoiy region" shall be replaced with words to "Administrative board of special economic and small industrial zones of the Navoiy region";
