Bring in the Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on the treatment of dangerous wastes approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 13, 2016 No. 446 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 57, Art. 1975; 2019, No. 20, Art. 678; 2020, No. 2, the Art. 62, No. 76, the Art. 2432), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on the treatment of dangerous wastes

1. To add Item 2 after the word "licenses" with the words "for its obtaining".

2. Third Item 3 to exclude the paragraph.

3. The paragraph one of Item 5 to state in the following edition:

"5. Obtaining and consideration of the documents submitted for receipt of the license, in particular, expansion/narrowing implementation of type of economic activity, registration, issue, renewal, cancellation of licenses, suspension/renewal of action of the license fully or partially, conducting licensed cases are performed by body of licensing according to requirements of the Law.".

4. In the name of the Section "The Documents Submitted for Receipt (Renewal) of the License" "(renewal)" to exclude the word, and after the word "licenses" to add with the words "on implementation/expansion of implementation of economic activity".
