1. Recognize invalid orders of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine:

of September 23, 2014 No. 683 "About approval of the Procedure for capture on accounting of person with disability, the child with disability, other person for ensuring rehabilitation with technical and other means at their actual place of residence, stay", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 8, 2014 for No. 1216/25993 (with changes);

of November 7, 2018 No. 1643 "About approval of the Application process on production of technical means of rehabilitation by the individual order", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 4, 2019 for No. 222/33193.

2. To management of social protection of the rights of persons with disability (Polyakova A. Yu.) provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Kotik of E.D.
