1. Approve the Application process on production of technical means of rehabilitation by the individual order which is attached.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine of August 1, 2014 No. 518 "About approval of the Application process on production of technical means of rehabilitation by the individual order", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 26, 2014 for No. 1028/25805.

3. (Vishnevskaya N. V.) to provide to department of implementation of the state social programs in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
