About approval of the Application process on production of technical means of rehabilitation by the individual order

According to the Law of Ukraine "About rehabilitation of disabled people in Ukraine" and to Item 43 of the Procedure for providing with technical and other means of rehabilitation of disabled people, handicapped children and other separate categories of the population approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 5, 2012 No. 321, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Application process on production of technical means of rehabilitation by the individual order which is attached.

2. To provide to department of social protection of disabled people (A. Polyakov) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine of August 3, 2009 No. 295 "About approval of the Application process on production of technical means of rehabilitation by the individual order", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 20, 2009 for No. 971/16987.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister V. Mushchinin.
