1. Approve the Application process on production of technical means of rehabilitation by the individual order which is attached.
2. To provide to department for disabled people (O. Polyakov) provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
