About approval of the Procedure of rehabilitation actions

According to part four of article 25 of the Law of Ukraine "About rehabilitation of persons with disability in Ukraine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure of rehabilitation actions which is applied.
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
3. To the ministry of social policy together with the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of digital transformation to provide the organization of exchange of information for provision of services for rehabilitation in the field of health care to persons with disability, to children with disability in healthcare institutions and social security services.
4. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2022.
