1. This Procedure determines procedure for granting to persons with disability and/or to children with disability, and/or to children under three years who belong to risk group concerning receipt of disability (for the purpose of the prevention of disability) (further - receivers), of services in complex rehabilitation (training).
2. Services of complex rehabilitation (training) in rehabilitation organization which performs activities according to the Law of Ukraine "About rehabilitation of persons with disability in Ukraine" and to other regulatory legal acts in the field of rehabilitation (abilitatsionny) are provided to the receiver.
