RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

About modification of Item 2 of the Procedure for consideration of the questions connected with preparation and introduction of representations concerning persons whose position assignment and dismissal is performed by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by the President of Ukraine or the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine or it will be approved with the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in Item 2 of the Procedure for consideration of the questions connected with preparation and introduction of representations concerning persons whose position assignment and dismissal is performed by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by the President of Ukraine or the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine or No. 298 "Some questions connected with preparation and introduction of representations concerning persons whose position assignment and dismissal is performed by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by the President of Ukraine or the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine will be approved with the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of April 11, 2012 or will be approved with the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 30, Art. 1107; 2014, No. 85, Art. 2403; 2021, No. 82, the Art. 5263), changes which are applied.
