1. 1) the list of the reporting of the organization performing microfinancial activities according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

2) report form about classification of assets by the microcredits provided to physical persons and legal entities according to appendix 2 to this resolution;

3) report form about classification of contingent obligations by the provided microcredits according to appendix 3 to this resolution;

4) report form about results of implementation of additional types of activity according to appendix 4 to this resolution;

5) report form about disaggregation of the current accounts and deposits placed in the banks and the organizations performing separate types of banking activities according to appendix 5 to this resolution;

6) report form about structure of investments into the capital of legal entities according to appendix 6 to this resolution;

7) report form about the main sources of the attracted money according to appendix 7 to this resolution;

8) report form about the microcredits including on which overdue debt on principal debt and (or) the added remuneration, and also about the size of reserves (provisions) according to appendix 8 to this resolution is had;

9) report form about the microcredits provided to physical persons on the security of the property intended for private use including on which overdue debt on principal debt and (or) the added remuneration, according to appendix 9 to this resolution is had;

10) report form about changes on the provided loans for the accounting period, according to appendix 10 to this resolution;

11) report form about the microcredits in the directions of use, according to appendix 11 to this resolution;

12) Rules of submission of the reporting by the organization performing microfinancial activities according to appendix 12 to this resolution.";

The microfinancial organizations represent to territorial branch of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (in the location of the microfinancial organization) quarterly, to the twentieth (inclusive) the month following reporting quarter, the reporting provided by subitems 2), 3), 4), 5), 6), 7), 8), 10) and 11) of Item 1 of this resolution.

Credit partnerships represent to territorial branch of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (in the location of credit partnership) quarterly, to the twenty fifth (inclusive) the month following reporting quarter, the reporting provided by subitems 5), 6), 7), 8), 10) and 11) of Item 1 of this resolution.

Pawnshops represent to territorial branch of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (in the location of pawnshop) quarterly, to the twenty fifth (inclusive) the month following reporting quarter, the reporting provided by subitems 5), 6), 7), 9), 10) and 11) of Item 1 of this resolution.";

2) placement of this resolution on official Internet resource of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this resolution submission to Legal department of data on execution of the actions provided by the subitem 2) of this Item.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan Baymagambetov A. M.

5. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
