1. Bring in the resolution of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus of August 12, 2020 No. 3 "About establishment of document forms" the following changes:
in appendices 1, 2, 4-7 words
"(the name of state body or diplomatic representation of foreign state, the international organization, interstate education, the foreign organization, surname, own name, middle name (if that is available) the citizen of the Republic of Belarus who is constantly living outside the Republic of Belarus, the foreign citizen or the stateless person which do not have permission to permanent residence in the Republic of Belarus, the foreign anonymous donor)"
