About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the higher education" concerning promulgation of target indicators of activities of institution of higher education and the annual report of the head of institution of higher education

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the higher education" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, Art. No. 37-38, 2004) the following changes:

1. To state paragraph two of part five of Article 34 in the following edition:

"The annual report of the head of institution of higher education shall contain information on the level of achievement of the target indicators of activities of institution of higher education determined by the contract as of December 31 of year for which the report is constituted, and is subject to entering into Single state electronic base concerning education and will be promulgated in the Register of subjects of educational activities of Single state electronic base concerning education and on the official website of institution of higher education".

2. The fourth Article 79 to add part with Item 5 of the following content:

"5) target indicators of activities of institution of higher education which achievement the head of institution of higher education according to the contract shall provide, terms of their achievement and method of check of achievement of the following target indicators".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective in three months from the date of its publication, except Item 2 of this Section which becomes effective from the date of publication of this Law.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within three months from the date of publication of this Law:

provide adoption of the regulatory legal acts necessary for implementation of this Law;

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
