About approval of Changes in Rules of the organization of the statistical reporting which moves in the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, 15, 56, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 69 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", to Articles 6, 7, 16 Laws of Ukraine "About the state statistics" on creation of monetary and financial statistics, statistics of paying balance, international investment line item, external debt, statistical information of financial institutions, for the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of the regulating and supervising Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: functions by the National Bank of Ukraine

1. Approve Changes in Rules of the organization of the statistical reporting which moves in the National Bank of Ukraine Boards of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of November 13, 2018 No. 120 (with changes) which are applied.

2. No. 38 is excluded according to the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 05.03.2022

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Sergey Nikolaychuk.

4. The resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2022.

Changes in Rules of the organization of the statistical reporting which moves in the National Bank of Ukraine

1. In the Section I:

Item 1 to add 1) with words ", " about prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction", requirements of the legislation in the field of realization and monitoring of efficiency of special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions)";

2) in item 4:

in subitem 7 of the word "mass destruction." shall be replaced with words also letters "mass unichtozhechniya (further - non-bank organizations-SPFM);";

add Item with the new subitem of the following content:

"8) non-bank organizations - the subjects determined in the regulatory legal act of National Bank which establishes procedure for ensuring realization and monitoring of efficiency of special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions).";

Item 9 to exclude 4).

4. In the paragraph the second Item 52 of the Section VII of the word of "the first" shall be replaced with words "the fifth working day".

5. In the text of Rules of the word of "bank statistical information" shall be replaced with words "statistical information of financial institutions".

6. Exclude appendix 1.
