According to article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About electronic communications", - the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of November 15, 2017 No. 45158/1/1-17, of the letter of the deputy Sekretar of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of November 10, 2017 No. 2030/16-06/2-17 for prevention of unauthorized intervention in work and/or use of electronic communication networks I ORDER to item 4 of the Regulations on Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2014 No. 411, in execution of the order of the First vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine:

1. Approve Technical requirements to networks of mobile communication of Ukraine and technical means of electronic communications of monitoring and filtering alarm traffic which are applied.

2. To provide to development department of electronic communications of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
