About approval of Single rules of putting down of apostille

In pursuance of Item 3 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 24, 2001 "About measures for realization of provisions of the Convention canceling the requirement of legalization of foreign official documents (The Hague, on October 5, 1961)" we ORDER to No. 545:

1. Approve Single rules of putting down of apostille according to appendix to this joint order.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 4, 2001 No. 67 "About approval of Single rules about procedure and conditions of putting down of apostille on the official documents coming from state bodies, and also notaries of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 1536).

3. To provide to department of registration service and organization of legal services of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this joint order;
