About approval of regulations of ministerial procedure

Based on the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures" and Item 7 of the Regulations on the Industry ministry of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 980, the Industry ministry of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to the subitem * 2.2.2 "Receipt of the conclusion about absence in the Republic of Belarus of production of similar goods concerning goods which admission to purchases is subject to approval of the commission on questions of industrial policy" (is applied).

* For the purposes of this resolution the subitem is understood as the subitem of Item of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of the managing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548.

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 27, 2022.
