About enhancement of regulation of transport-forwarding activities in the Republic of Uzbekistan
According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 2, 2000 NUP-2612 "About Measures for Program Implementation for Liberalization and Deepening of Reforms in Political, Economic and Spiritual Spheres of Society, to Safety of the Country", and also for the purpose of creation of conditions for forming of the market relations in the field of transport-forwarding servicing of the foreign trade loads, stimulation and consumer protection of the transport-forwarding services Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve Regulations on the transport-forwarding companies and procedure for rendering transport-forwarding services according to appendix.
2. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulations into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Deputy prime minister Isaev A. N.

1. This Provision is developed according to the Civil code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the competition".
2. This Provision regulates activities of the transport-forwarding companies registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan and also regulates order of interaction transport - the forwarding companies, their right, obligation and responsibility to the client, relations between the client, the transport freight forwarder and carrier, irrespective of departmental accessory and patterns of ownership.
