Based on part three of article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 15, 1993 No. 2403-XII "About fire safety", subitem 7.4 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2006 No. 756, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in appendix to the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of February 9, 2021 No. 8 "About officials of bodies of the state fire supervision" the following changes:
in Item 6 of the word "first deputy chiefs regional and Minsk city Ministry of Emergency Situations of managements" shall be replaced with words "deputy chiefs regional and Minsk the city Ministry of Emergency Situations of managements according to distribution of obligations";
in Item 10 of the word "first deputy chiefs of G(R)OChS" shall be replaced with words "deputy chiefs of G(R)OChS according to distribution of obligations";
