About modification of Rules of crossing of frontier by citizens of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make change to the Rules of crossing of frontier by citizens of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 1995 No. 57 (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 4, Art. 92; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 1, Art. 4; 2003, No. 37, Art. 1981; 2004, No. 30, Art. 2015; 2007, No. 52, the Art. 2130) which is applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective with for its publication and is applied since February 24, 2022.

Change which is made to Rules of crossing of frontier by citizens of Ukraine

Add Rules with Item 2-4 of the following content:

"2-4. In case of introduction in the territory of Ukraine of emergency or warlike situation departure out of limits of Ukraine of the orphan children, children deprived of parent guardianship who did not reach 18-year age and different types living or enlisted in organizations, pattern of ownership and subordination on the round-the-clock stay (further - children) is performed accompanied by the legal representative or other representative by it persons and in the presence:

passports of the citizen of Ukraine or the certificate of birth of the child (in the absence of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine) / the documents containing the information about the personality, recognized by State frontier service;

the order of the director of organization/institution where there were children, or persons, replacing it, about departure of children out of limits of Ukraine.
