According to the Laws of Ukraine "About legal regime of warlike situation", "About currency and currency transactions" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the list of services, works, intellectual property rights and other non-property rights, held for sale (oplatny transfer) on which transactions of import it is recommended to provide to National Bank implementation of transfers, according to appendix.

2. Recommend to National Bank to provide implementation of the transfers on transactions on commodity import classified in commodity groups of 01 - 97 foreign trade activities according to the Law of Ukraine "About the Customs tariff of Ukraine", and also to import of services, works, intellectual property rights and other non-property rights, held for sale (oplatny transfer), according to the list according to appendix to this resolution.
