Question of provision of humanitarian and other assistance to the civilian population in the conditions of warlike situation in Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 21.10.2022 No. 1195

1-1. Approve procedure use of funds from the account for provision of humanitarian and other assistance to the civilian population in the conditions of warlike situation in Ukraine which is applied.

2. To the ministry of social policy:

1) in coordination with National Bank to provide opening of the current account for receipt of funds in national and foreign currency from physical persons and legal entities, private law and/or the public law as voluntary contributions (charitable gifts);

2) to resolve use of funds from the account opened in National Bank for cash receipt in national and foreign currency from physical persons and legal entities, private law and/or the public law as voluntary contributions (charitable gifts) according to the Procedure approved by this resolution;

3) to provide daily information from National Bank on amount of revenues to the current account.
