For the purpose of non-admission of failure of deliveries of products of woodworking to the domestic market the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. From Item 15 of the inventory, transactions with which legal entities and individual entrepreneurs shall conclude at the exchange biddings of the "Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange" open joint stock company approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 16, 2004 No. 714, the word "export", exclude.
2. Suspend:
Items 32-35 of the inventory, transactions with which legal entities and individual entrepreneurs shall conclude at the exchange biddings of "Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange" open joint stock company;
Items 2, 4-8 appendices 2 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2021 No. 795 "About establishment of rates of export customs duties".
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
Action of the paragraph of third Item 2 of this resolution does not extend to cases of export of forest products and products of woodworking to the states included in the list of the foreign states making unfriendly actions concerning the Belarusian legal and (or) physical persons, determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.
