About modification of Rules of crossing of frontier by citizens of Ukraine
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Rules of crossing of frontier by citizens of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 1995 No. 57 (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 4, Art. 92; The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 65, the Art. 2239), - with the changes made by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 28, 2022 No. 166 and 1 of March, 2022 No. 179, changes which are applied.
2. Provide to regional military authorities the organization of departure of children, including orphan children, the children deprived of parent guardianship who did not reach 18-year age and live or are enlisted in organizations of different types, pattern of ownership and subordination on the round-the-clock stay, out of limits of Ukraine in case exhaustive measures for placement them in the safe territory of Ukraine are taken.
