Some questions of transportation (transportation), storage, application and trade in pesticides and agrochemicals
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Determine that effective period of admissions (certificates) on the right of the work connected with transportation, storage, application and trade in pesticides and agrochemicals issued according to the Law of Ukraine "About pesticides and agrochemicals" and valid as of January 1, 2022 is prolonged for the period of action of warlike situation in Ukraine and for 90 days following behind day of its termination or cancellation.
2. Bring in the Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on transportation of passengers, dangerous goods and dangerous wastes by road transport, international carriages of passengers and loads road transport approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 2, 2015 No. 1001 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 98, the Art. 3358), changes which are applied.

1. Add Licensed conditions with Item 36 of the following content:
"36. For action of warlike situation in Ukraine and within 90 days following behind day of its termination or cancellation, licensing of implementation of economic activity on transportation of dangerous goods by road transport is performed according to the requirements determined by this Item.
For the purposes of this Item dangerous goods are pesticides and agrochemicals.
