About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on transportation of passengers, dangerous goods and dangerous wastes by road transport, international carriages of passengers and loads road transport

According to Item and paragraph one of part two of article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of types of economic activity" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides 24 parts one of Article 7:

1. Approve Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on transportation of passengers, dangerous goods and dangerous wastes by road transport, international carriages of passengers and loads road transport which are applied.

2. Determine that:

1) the licenses for the right of implementation of economic activity issued before entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of types of economic activity" on provision of services on transportation:

passengers, dangerous goods, baggage road transport – are acting;

passengers and loads road transport according to the work types determined by the Law of Ukraine "About road transport" which effective period did not expire - are acting, and licenses for the right of implementation of international carriages of loads - grant the right to perform economic activity on international carriages of loads by cargo vehicles (except transportations of dangerous goods and dangerous wastes);

dangerous goods cargo vehicles, trail cars and semitrailer trucks - grant the right to perform economic activity on transportation of dangerous goods and dangerous wastes by cargo vehicles;
