About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation regarding determination of the federal executive bodies performing powers in the field of emission limitation of greenhouse gases

According to part 2 of article 5 of the Federal law "About Emission Limitation of Greenhouse Gases" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation regarding determination of the federal executive bodies performing powers in the field of emission limitation of greenhouse gases.

2. In 30-day time to provide to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation modification of techniques of quantitative determination of amounts of emissions of greenhouse gases and absorption of greenhouse gases in case of representation within the corresponding competence of offers on such changes by the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, Federal Service for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring and Federal Forestry Agency.

3. Realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed by the corresponding federal executive bodies within the number of workers of these federal executive bodies, and also budgetary appropriations provided by it in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions established by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation.
