For the purpose of accomplishment of provisions of the Law No. 192/2021 on compensation of difference in the price for consumption of natural gas / heat energy during the cold period of year (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, No. 292, of the Art. 417), with subsequent changes, and also for the purpose of accomplishment of Item 1 of the Order of the Commission on emergency situations of the Republic of Moldova No. 3 of February 1, 2022, Items 1 and 6 of the Order of the Commission on emergency situations of the Republic of Moldova No. 4 of February 18, 2022, Items 15 and 17 of the Order of the Commission on emergency situations of the Republic of Moldova No. 7 of March 4, 2022, the added Item 23 of the Order of the Commission on emergency situations of the Republic of Moldova No. 9 of March 10, 2022 the Government DECIDES:

Declare invalid the Order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection and Minister of Finance No. 15/2021 on approval of the Regulations on expense recovery, the connected with provision of compensation of difference in the price for consumption of natural gas / heat energy to residential customers owing to increase in regulated prices for supply of natural gas / regulated rates for heat energy (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art.
