The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on transportation of passengers, dangerous goods and dangerous wastes by road transport, international carriages of passengers and loads road transport approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 2, 2015 No. 1001 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 98, the Art. 3358), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

Changes which are made to Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on transportation of passengers, dangerous goods and dangerous wastes by road transport, international carriages of passengers and loads road transport

1. Add Licensed conditions with Item 8-1 of the following content:

"8-1. Licenses for the period of action of warlike situation in Ukraine and within 90 calendar days following behind day of its termination or cancellation (further - licenses for the period of action of warlike situation in Ukraine), are issued by one or several types of economic activity, namely:

domestic transports of passengers by buses;

domestic transports of dangerous goods and dangerous wastes by cargo vehicles;

international carriages of passengers by buses;

international carriages of dangerous goods and dangerous wastes by cargo vehicles;
