Based on the paragraph of third of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 10, 2008 No. 455-Z "About information, informatization and information security" and for the purpose of rendering in the Republic of Belarus services to the physical persons moving on the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union with use of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: I Travel without COVID-19 mobile application

1. Create and put into operation since June 6, 2022 the single automated information system of accounting of persons vaccinated against COVID-19 (further, unless otherwise specified, - EAIS).

2. Determine:

Ministry of Health owner of EAIS;

republican unitary enterprise "National Center of Electronic Services" owner and operator of EAIS.

3. Approve Regulations on procedure for functioning and use of the single automated information system of accounting of persons vaccinated against COVID-19 it (is applied).

4. Establish the list of the data which are subject to entering into the single automated information system of accounting of persons vaccinated against COVID-19, according to appendix.

5. Acquisition of services in provision of access to EAIS is performed by the organizations of health care at the expense of the means received from the activities which are bringing in incomes.

6. To the Ministry of Health in two-month time:

determine procedure for entering of information into EAIS;
