About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine in the field of education

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. Item 2 of the Section XV "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About the higher education" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 37-38, of Art. 2004 with subsequent changes) to add with the subitem 23 following of content:

"23) in 2022 acceptance on training for receipt of degree of the junior bachelor, the bachelor and the master is performed in the special procedure determined by the central executive body in the field of science and education without observance of requirements of this Law".

2. Item 2 of the Section XIV "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About professional prehigher education" (2019, No. 30, the Art. 119) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the subitem of 21 following contents:

"21) in 2022 acceptance on training in organizations of professional education is performed in the special procedure determined by the central executive body in the field of science and education".

3. Item 3 of the Section X "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About complete general secondary education" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2020, No. 31, Art. 226; 2021, 27, the Art. 227, No. 45, the Art. 363) to add No. with the subitem 14 of the following content:

"14) job seekers of education who complete receipt of complete general secondary education in 2021/2022 academic year are exempted from passing of State Final Examination".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective in one month from the date of its publication, except Item 2 of this Section which becomes effective from the date of publication of this Law.
