About some questions of Archive of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to the subitem 3) of Item 2 of article 33 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 26, 1995 "About the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" I DECIDE:

1. Reorganize public institution "Archive of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" by transformation to republican public institution "Archive of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further – Archive).

2. Approve the enclosed Provision of republican public institution "Archive of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

3. Establish the number of staff of Archive in number of 168 units.

4. Determine authorized body concerning Archive Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. To the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the necessary measures following from this Decree.

6. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2015 No. 150 "About approval of the Register of positions of political and administrative government employees" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2015, Art. No. 70-71, 520) the following change:

in the Register of positions of political and administrative government employees approved by the above-named Decree:

in Chapter "2. Managerial state positions":

in group of categories C to exclude the words "Archive of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

7. Recognize invalid some acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this Decree.

8. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
