Bring in the Rules of crossing of frontier by citizens of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 1995 No. 57 (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 4, Art. 92; The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 65, the Art. 2239), - with the changes made by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 28, 2022 No. 166 and of March 12, 2022 No. 264, changes which are applied.

1. State Items 2-1, 2-2 in the following edition:
"2-1. In case of introduction in the territory of Ukraine of emergency or warlike situation of person with disability have the right to cross frontier in the presence of the reference to the inspection report medico-social commission of experts (form of primary accounting documentation No. 157-1/o) or the certificate confirming the corresponding status, the pension certificate or the certificate confirming purpose of the public assistance according to the Laws of Ukraine "About the government public assistance to persons with disability since the childhood and to children with disability", "About the government public assistance to persons who do not have pension entitlements and to persons with disability" in which the group and the reason of disability, or the reference for receipt of privileges by persons with disability who have no pension entitlements or the public assistance are specified in the form approved by Minsotspolitiki (further - the documents confirming disability).
