Bring in the Accounting treatment, storages, estimates of the seized and other property which carries over the state, and the order it, No. 1340 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 25, 1998 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 34, of Art. 1280; 2016, No. 91, the Art. 2967), change which is applied.

Change which is made to the Accounting treatment, storages, estimates of the seized and other property which is carrying over the state and orders by it

"20. Temporarily, for warlike situation in Ukraine, according to the decision of the head of regional military authorities the property recognized ownerless according to the legislation, the tobacco products and liquids used in electronic cigarettes fuel, other excisable products which does not threaten safety and life activity of the person (further - property in abeyance) can be donated to the Armed Forces, National guard, the SSU, Services of foreign intelligence, State frontier service, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Management of the state protection, Gosspetssvyaz formed according to the laws of Ukraine to other military forming, their connections, military units, divisions, organizations or the organizations which contain at the expense of means of the government budget (further - subjects to which the property in abeyance is transferred), for needs of defense of the state, ensuring national security, repulse of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, elimination of threat of danger of the state independence of Ukraine, its territorial integrity.

Voluntary conveyance of property in abeyance is performed based on the delivery-acceptance certificate which is drawn up by representatives of territorial authority of GNS, bodies (subjects) which perform storage and/or the order such property, and representatives of subjects to which the property in abeyance is transferred.

At the same time the property in abeyance is struck off the register in bodies (subjects of managing) performing its storage and/or the order of".
