1. Rename public organization "Fund of Social Investments of Moldova" into public organization "National Office of Regional and Local Development".

2. Approve:

1) Regulations on public organization "National Office of Regional and Local Development", according to appendix No. 1;

2) Structure of public organization "National Office of Regional and Local Development", according to appendix No. 2;

3) to Organigramm of public organization "National Office of Regional and Local Development", according to appendix No. 3.

2-1. Establish the extreme number of public organization "National Office of Regional and Local Development" in number of 40 units.

3. To the ministry of infrastructure and regional development to offer on approval to National coordination council on regional and local development the necessary budget for the organization and functioning of public organization "National office of regional and local development.
