The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Procedure for financial provision of activities of military authorities approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 1, 2022 No. 397, changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for financial provision of activities of military authorities

1. In item 4:

The paragraph third to state 1) in the following edition:

"Payment of cash cover is performed taking into account requirements of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 28, 2022 No. 168 "Questions of some payments to the military personnel, faces of the private and the commanding structure, to police and their families during action of warlike situation, at the expense of means:

organizations and the organizations from which such categories of persons are sent to military authorities;

regional and district military authorities, budgets of territorial communities for category of the persons sent to military civil authorities and appointed (renominated) in military authorities.";
