Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 7, 2022 No. 220 "Questions of rendering humanitarian and other assistance to the civilian population in the conditions of warlike situation in Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, of the Art. 1307) - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 16, 2022 No. 457, and of March 17, 2022 No. 305 "About features of work of Ukrpochta joint-stock company in the conditions of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, the Art. 1372) - with the changes made by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 20, 2022 No. 328, of March 30, 2022 No. 391 and of April 12, 2022 No. 435, changes which are applied.

1. According to the procedure of rendering humanitarian and other assistance to the civilian population in the conditions of warlike situation, No. 220 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 7, 2022:
