For the purpose of implementation of article 35 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About technical regulation in the Kyrgyz Republic", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve:
1) Regulations on procedure for carrying out the state control (supervision) of observance of requirements of technical regulations according to appendix 1;
2) the Procedure of withdrawal, response, completion or return to manufacturing plant of the industrial output which is not conforming to requirements of technical regulations according to appendix 2.
2. To authorized state bodies on implementation of the state control (supervision) of observance of requirements of technical regulations to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution.
1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for carrying out the state supervision" of September 27, 2006 No. 702;
2) Item 6 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of ecological and technical safety" of September 10, 2013 No. 509.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
