About approval of the Regulations on procedure for carrying out the state supervision
In pursuance of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About bases of technical regulation in the Kyrgyz Republic" and Resolutions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of June 30, 2006 No. 473 "About the regulatory legal acts in the field of technical regulation operating in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic before entry into force of technical regulations" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for carrying out the state supervision.
2. Determine that:
- The regulations on procedure for carrying out the state supervision will be effective before entry into force of the corresponding technical regulations;
- specially authorized state bodies of the executive authority exercising the state supervision of accomplishment of mandatory requirements to products which are in market circulation in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic shall be guided by this Provision.
The list of authorized bodies and area of their competence are approved by the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of June 30, 2006 No. 473 "About the regulatory legal acts in the field of technical regulation operating in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic before entry into force of technical regulations".
3. Bring in the List of the authorized state monitoring bodies having the right to conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship, No. 194 approved by the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of April 4, 2002 "About procedure for conducting checks of activities of subjects of entrepreneurship by the state monitoring bodies", the following amendments and changes:
- add Item 2 with the paragraph of the following content:
"-regional, city, district Centers of the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance";
- in Item 3 paragraphs two and third to exclude;
- in item 4:
state paragraph two in the following edition:
"-Department of the state veterinary science;";
add with the paragraph of the following content:
"-regional, city, district governments of the state veterinary supervision";

"8. The state agency on architecture and construction under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- territorial authorities on town planning and architectural construction supervision (Gosarkhstroynadzor).
9. The state inspectorate for power and gas under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
10. National agency of the Kyrgyz Republic on the antimonopoly policy and development of the competition.";
- declare Item 12 invalid;
- state Item 13 in the following edition:
"13. The state environmental protection agency and to forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic".
4. Publish this Resolution in mass media.
5. This Resolution becomes effective in 15 days from the date of official publication.
6. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on management of economic development of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic.
