About some questions of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Liquidate the public institutions which are under authority of Committee of the state inspection in agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the list according to appendix to this resolution.
2. Bring the following changes in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 6, 2005 No. 310 "Some questions of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan":
in Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
in the list of the territorial subdivisions which are under authority of departments of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also the list of the district (city) territorial subdivisions which are under authority of regional territorial subdivisions:

in the list of public institutions – territorial authorities of Committee of the state inspection in the agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
