About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 20, 2010 No. 1520

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 20, 2010 No. 1520 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for issue of certificates of products (works, services) of own production and Regulations on procedure for issue of certificates of self-produced services to banks, non-bank credit and financial, insurance companies, the commercial microfinancial organizations and lessors" the following changes:
in paragraph one of Item 8 of the Regulations on procedure for issue of certificates of products (works, services) of the own production approved by this resolution shall be replaced with words the words "10 days from the moment of receipt of documents" "5 days from the moment of receipt of documents (and since January 1, 2023 - 10 days)";
in paragraph one of Item 8 of the Regulations on procedure for issue of certificates of self-produced services to banks, non-bank credit and financial, insurance companies, the commercial microfinancial organizations and lessors approved by this resolution shall be replaced with words the words "10 days from the moment of receipt of documents" "5 days from the moment of receipt of documents (and since January 1, 2023 - 10 days)".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
