The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Procedure for issue of permissions to the right of import to the territory of Ukraine, export from the territory of Ukraine or transit through the territory of Ukraine of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 3, 1997 No. 146 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, No. 6, the Art. 78), change which is applied.
2. Subjects of managing which got according to this resolution import permits for the territory of Ukraine of drugs of psychotropic substances and precursors in the conditions of warlike situation, within 30 calendar days shall provide submission of documents in paper form according to the Procedure for issue of permissions to the right of import to the territory of Ukraine, export from the territory of Ukraine or transit through the territory of Ukraine of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 3, 1997 No. 146 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, No. 6, Art. 78; 2007, No. 93, Art. 3413).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is effective before the termination or cancellation of warlike situation in Ukraine.
