About structures and questions of the organization of activities of some republican commissions and councils

For the purpose of reduction of structures of the republican commissions and councils in compliance with executive structure of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also streamlining of their activities:

1. Approve:

Regulations on State commission on privatization of the state assets and coordination of processes of privatization according to appendix No. 4.

2. Abolish State commission on coordination of tendering process on purchases of main products of food.

3. To the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trades together with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other interested ministries and departments to make in the Cabinet of Ministers offers on the changes and amendments in the legislation following from this Resolution including changes in the Procedure for providing organizations of the social sphere, special consumers and the state reserve with main products of food approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 8, 2000 No. 136 in a month.

Make changes, and also recognize invalid some acts of the legislation according to appendix No. 5.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Mirziyoyev Sh. M.
