About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 19, 2022 No. 472

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 19, 2022 No. 472 "Some questions of use of the means arriving into official accounts for donations in support of Ukraine" - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 3, 2022 No. 516, changes which are applied.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 13, 2022 No. 586
1. Add the resolution with Item 4-2 of the following content:
"4-2. To the Ministry of Education and Science:
in coordination with National Bank to provide opening of the current account for receipt of funds in national and foreign currency from physical persons and legal entities, residents and nonresidents as charitable gifts, the humanitarian assistance, grants and gifts for requirements satisfaction of science and education;
in week time to prepare and submit for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the draft of the act of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of procedure for use of funds from the account for requirements satisfaction of science and education.".
2. According to the procedure of use of official accounts for donations in support of Ukraine "United24" approved by the specified resolution:
1) Item 2 after the words "the account for the humanitarian assistance to the Ukrainians who were affected by the Russian aggression" to add with words ", the account for requirements satisfaction of science and education";
